Patrick's Office Locations
Patrick Schwartz, Psy.D.
Patrick works with couples who care deeply about their relationship but find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns of conflict. Many of the couples he sees are committed and invested, yet conversations often circle back to the same frustrations, leaving both partners feeling unheard or disconnected.
His approach integrates Gottman Method principles within a structured, goal-oriented framework. Patrick helps couples identify negative interaction cycles, strengthen communication skills, and rebuild emotional connection using research-informed strategies.
As a Gottman-trained therapist, he focuses on practical tools that reduce conflict, increase trust, and restore friendship within the relationship.
In addition to couples work, Patrick works with adolescents and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relational stress.
Clients appreciate his steady, practical style and clear direction.
