Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Is the clinician you would like to see not on your insurance panel? No problem. Talk to us about accessing your “out of network” benefits. Contact Kim Sloan, our billing specialist at: (303) 463-6727
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
The Brief Therapy Institute of Denver, Inc. uses the highly secure PayPal online credit card payment system. We can accept MasterCard and Visa. You do NOT need to a PayPal account to use our system. The system is extremely secure and safe. Choose a therapist and click on the link that will take you to the payment page. Once you are on the payment page you can insert the amount that you would like to pay. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your therapist or Kim Sloan our insurance and billing specialist.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
